Delivery Policy

 

At Karmo Group, we are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you safely, promptly, and seamlessly across Bangladesh through our extensive distribution network.

1. Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., custom mattress sizes, specialized foam orders) may require an additional 3–5 working days for production.

2. Delivery Timelines:

• Inside Dhaka: Delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

• Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): Delivered within 4 to 7 working days via our trusted dealer network and logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, volume (especially for bulky items like mattresses and foam blocks), and delivery destination.

• Free delivery promotions may apply to select orders or total cart value thresholds.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email containing your tracking reference and courier details to monitor the real-time delivery status.

5. Receiving Your Shipment:

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice severe external damage, please take photos and inform the delivery personnel and our customer support team immediately.
